I just found out about this website that offers back pain exercises. As someone who suffers from back pain, I thought it was definitely worth checking into.There are free exercises to check out, and Back2Yourself also offers a premium program in which subscribers can get access to a new video exercise every day, with individual progress tracking to keep you motivated. In fact, the program also sends reminders if you haven't exercised in a while. That's what I need!
